The Call to Arms, one of a series of exhibitions being produced by Wiltshire at War: Community Stories, has opened at Athelstan Museum in Malmesbury. Using letters and archives this exhibit tells the community stories of men in Wiltshire called to arms in the early months of World War I. It is the first exhibit of Wiltshire County’s multi-year remembrance of WW1. It includes information panels and an interactive video display of stories about the war. Its development was supported by Athelstan Museum.
The exhibition continues at Athelstan Museum until November 1 2015.
